Returns are only accepted in one specific case:

- Features or options that may or may not work in specific regions.
Non-Refundable Cases:
We will not refund or replace your activation code in the following situations:
Incorrect VIN or region selection:
- If you made a mistake when entering the VIN number or selecting the region.
- Reason: Once we process your order, the product is redeemed from our supplier, who does not allow refunds. To issue a new code, we must pay the supplier again, and we cannot operate at a loss.
Incompatibility with your head unit:
- If the product does not suit your car’s head unit due to an error on your part.
Lack of necessary equipment:
- For example, missing required dealer equipment or a compatible Windows PC/laptop.
- Important: Updates for cars must be performed using Windows only. Using macOS will result in guaranteed issues.
Outdated firmware version:
- If your car's firmware is too old and the update fails.
Region change issues:
- If you cannot change the region or do not know how to do it.
Lack of basic computer skills:
- If you do not have the necessary knowledge to perform the update.
Time constraints:
- If you do not have time to use the product after receiving it.
Unclear purpose:
- If you placed an order without understanding the product’s purpose or how to use it.
Cars imported from Japan or Korea:
- These vehicles may not support updates for other regions in some cases.
- Note: By placing an order for such cars, you fully accept these risks.
Important Notice:
If the update fails for any reason, we will not issue a refund.
This includes failures caused by user error or unsupported configurations.
In some cases, we are willing to provide a new activation code and map data for an additional penalty fee of 50% of the product cost.

- Wenn die Firmware Ihres Fahrzeugs zu alt ist und das Update fehlschlägt.
Probleme mit der Regionsänderung:
- Wenn Sie die Region nicht ändern können oder nicht wissen, wie es geht.
Mangelnde Computerkenntnisse:
- Wenn Ihnen das notwendige Wissen fehlt, um das Update durchzuführen.
Zeitliche Einschränkungen:
- Wenn Sie nach Erhalt des Produkts keine Zeit haben, es zu nutzen.
Unklarer Verwendungszweck:

日本または韓国から輸入された車両:
- これらの車両は、場合によって他地域のアップデートをサポートしない可能性があります。
- 注意: このような車両の注文を行うことで、これらのリスクを完全に受け入れたものとみなされます。
重要なお知らせ:
アップデートが何らかの理由で失敗した場合、返金は行いません。
