Any refunds following the paypal payment will be issued net of collection costs, as PayPal with its new rules on transactions no longer reimburses the costs of the same.

By placing and paying for an order, you accept the following terms:

Return Policy:

Returns are only accepted in one specific case:

• If the Online Store made an error during verification, and the product is not suitable for your car.

Disclaimer:

The Online Store is not responsible for:

• The quality of map data coverage.
• Features or options that may or may not work in specific regions.

Non-Refundable Cases:

We will not refund or replace your activation code in the following situations:

1. Incorrect VIN or region selection:

   • If you made a mistake when entering the VIN number or selecting the region.
   • Reason: Once we process your order, the product is redeemed from our supplier, who does not allow refunds. To issue a new code, we must pay the supplier again, and we cannot operate at a loss.

2. Incompatibility with your head unit:

   • If the product does not suit your car’s head unit due to an error on your part.

3. Lack of necessary equipment:

   • For example, missing required dealer equipment or a compatible Windows PC/laptop.
   • Important: Updates for cars must be performed using Windows only. Using macOS will result in guaranteed issues.

4. Outdated firmware version:

   • If your car's firmware is too old and the update fails.

5. Region change issues:

   • If you cannot change the region or do not know how to do it.

6. Lack of basic computer skills:

   • If you do not have the necessary knowledge to perform the update.

7. Time constraints:

   • If you do not have time to use the product after receiving it.

8. Unclear purpose:

   • If you placed an order without understanding the product’s purpose or how to use it.

9. Cars imported from Japan or Korea:

   • These vehicles may not support updates for other regions in some cases.
   • Note: By placing an order for such cars, you fully accept these risks.

Important Notice:

If the update fails for any reason, we will not issue a refund.

This includes failures caused by user error or unsupported configurations.

In some cases, we are willing to provide a new activation code and map data for an additional penalty fee of 50% of the product cost.

Der Online-Shop übernimmt keine Verantwortung für:

• Die Qualität der Kartenabdeckung.
• Funktionen oder Optionen, die in bestimmten Regionen möglicherweise nicht funktionieren.

Fälle ohne Rückerstattung:

Eine Rückerstattung oder ein Ersatz des Aktivierungscodes erfolgt in folgenden Fällen nicht:

1. Falsche Eingabe der VIN oder Auswahl der Region:

   • Wenn Sie einen Fehler bei der Eingabe der VIN-Nummer oder bei der Auswahl der Region gemacht haben.
   • Grund: Sobald wir Ihre Bestellung bearbeiten, wird das Produkt bei unserem Lieferanten eingelöst, der keine Rückerstattungen zulässt. Um einen neuen Code zu erhalten, müssten wir den Lieferanten erneut bezahlen, und wir können nicht mit Verlust arbeiten.

2. Unkompatibilität mit Ihrem Steuergerät:

   • Wenn das Produkt aufgrund eines Fehlers Ihrerseits nicht mit dem Steuergerät Ihres Fahrzeugs kompatibel ist.

3. Fehlende erforderliche Ausrüstung:

   • Zum Beispiel, wenn benötigte Händlerausrüstung oder ein kompatibler Windows-PC/Laptop fehlt.
   • Wichtig: Fahrzeug-Updates müssen ausschließlich mit Windows durchgeführt werden. Die Verwendung von macOS führt garantiert zu Problemen.

4. Veraltete Firmware-Version:

   • Wenn die Firmware Ihres Fahrzeugs zu alt ist und das Update fehlschlägt.

5. Probleme mit der Regionsänderung:

   • Wenn Sie die Region nicht ändern können oder nicht wissen, wie es geht.

6. Mangelnde Computerkenntnisse:

   • Wenn Ihnen das notwendige Wissen fehlt, um das Update durchzuführen.

7. Zeitliche Einschränkungen:

   • Wenn Sie nach Erhalt des Produkts keine Zeit haben, es zu nutzen.

8. Unklarer Verwendungszweck:

   • Wenn Sie eine Bestellung aufgegeben haben, ohne den Zweck des Produkts oder dessen Anwendung zu verstehen.

9. Fahrzeuge, die aus Japan oder Korea importiert wurden:

   • Diese Fahrzeuge können in einigen Fällen keine Updates für andere Regionen unterstützen.
   • Hinweis: Mit der Bestellung für solche Fahrzeuge akzeptieren Sie dieses Risiko vollständig.

Wichtiger Hinweis:

Wenn das Update aus irgendeinem Grund fehlschlägt, erfolgt keine Rückerstattung.
Dies schließt Fehler ein, die durch Benutzerfehler oder nicht unterstützte Konfigurationen verursacht wurden.
