        We emailed them enquiring about the compatibility of the map with our 2013 GL350, which was quickly answered. Proceeded with the purchase, and received a link to download and activation code within 10 minutes of payment. Downloading the file and updating the map in our car took around 15-20 minutes, and now our map is all up to date. We're so happy that we found this site, definitely worth our purchase.

        Was not sure if this would work on our A200, but pleasantly surprised. Like the other reviewers, I received the activation code and download link within 15-20mins. Got everything loaded onto an SD card and the update had completed soon after. The maps bring the car up to v11 (2018/2019), which would have cost a fortune to update via a MB dealership from 2013/14.... especially as we have two cars requiring updates. Will be making another purchase for my ML (for the map activation code MB never give you) shortly. Very straight forward, very happy.

        Purchased NTG4.5 Australia/New Zealand V11. Was a bit concerned when my receipt arrived in Russian but an hour or so later a download link email with activation code arrived.
        An hour or so later I've updated my C250 easily & a preliminary route plot using some relatively new roads looks good.
        If it goes as well on the road I'll be a happy man.
        Great value. Note - $ prices on website are USD but still better prices than any other site & far better than $900 plus AUD from my local MB dealer.

        Very quick and great service. Received a link to download the updated maps and required code (that is the reason why you need to provide the VIN of your car) within a few hours from payment. It took me around 15 minutes to download the maps to a usb and another 15 minutes to Load the new map in the car system. All worked well. Very easy. Thank you
